Donald (1821-1885) was a son of Kenneth Maclean and Margaret Macleod, 4 Calbost. The family later moved to 6 Old Gravir.
In Lochs, in 1845, he married Mary Macleod, 34 Ranish. Donald and Mary were Cottars at 6 Old Gravir where they had two of their three children. In the 1852 Lotting the family obtained 25 Gravir and in the 1860s moved to 3 Marvig.
Donald was widowed in 1884.
