28271: Malcolm Macleod
Malcolm, son of Colin Macleod and Catherine Mackay, 25 Laxay served with the Camerons during the First World War where he was wounded. He married Isabella Ann Mackay, 11 Kershader and settled on the croft. The family moved to Stornoway in the 1930s and the croft went to Torquil Macleod (1903-1986), 16b Laxay.
