Mary (1839-1930) was a daughter of Donald Macmillan and Margaret Macarthur, 18 Old Gravir. In the 1852 lotting her widowed mother obtained 14 Gravir.
In Lochs, on the last day of 1867, she married John Macleod, 8 Calbost. Mary and John settled at 8 Calbost and they had eight children.
Mary was widowed in 1925 and died of old age in her daughter, Margaret's home at 18 Marvig.
Mary was a first cousin of Anna Chisholm, bean Dhomhniull Thormoid, 12 Calbost. Their mothers were sisters.
