Johanna Macleod (1878-1965) was a daughter of Neil Macleod and Margaret Chisholm, 13 Calbost.

At Fraserburgh, in 1900, she married Angus Macmillan, 4 Lemreway.  The couple were Cottars at 4 Lemreway and then lived at 8 Lemreway by the grace of Mrs Malcolm Macleod. The couple had eight children.

According to local family tradition, Angus raided Orinsay in 1919 or 1920 living there with his family a year  before other families settled there.

Johanna and Angus settled at 2 Orinsay with their surviving children.
