Murdo Macaulay
Murdo Macaulay (1811-1875) was the son of Donald Macaulay and Marion Macleod, of Balallan.
Murdo married Christina Smith of Balallan, on 21 June 1836, in Lochs. They had two children, Ann and Donald.
After Christina's death in 1843 Murdo married Margaret Macleod, of 11 Balallan, on 4 April 1844, in Keose. The couple had six children.
