Norman (1816-1885) was a son of Donald Matheson and Ann Macleod, 23 Old Gravir
In Lochs, in 1840, he married Margaret Mackay, 16 Old Gravir. Norman and Margaret were cottars at 16 Old Gravir where they had five of their nine children.
Norman was allocated 39 Gravir in the 1852 lotting.
