At Crossbost, in 1884, she married John Morrison, 9a Calbost. Marion and John were Cottars at 9a Calbost and they had seven children.
The couple also brought up two grandchildren, Donald and Annabel Macaskill, of 17 Gravir after their mother, Ann died young.
