Alexina (1906-1993) was a daughter of Peter Mackay and Christina Morrison, 7 Calbost.
The family moved to the maternal croft at 57a Leurbost.
In 1924 Alexina emigrated to Australia at the age of 17. She married Edward J Giddens and lived to the age of 87
Alexina returned to Lewis once or twice and so did her daughter, Margaret Isobel.
