Donald (1903-1996) was a son of Angus Macleod and Annabella Maclean, 8 Calbost. His mother died in 1907 and his father in 1912 and Donald and his two siblings went to live with his uncle and aunt, Norman and Catherine Morrison, 20 Marvig.
He emigrated to New Zealand and returned. In Lochs, in 1934, he married Betsy Finlayson, 8 Marvig. Donald built a house at 20 Marvig and he and Betsy were Cottars there. The couple had three children.
Donald was widowed in 1958 and at Kelvin, in 1960, he married Mary Ann Smith. Around this time the family moved to 6 Calbost.
