Marion Macaulay

Marion, born in 1887 in Tobson, was one of five children of Norman and Catherine nee Maclean to emigrate.

In 1911 she left from Glasgow on a 14 day voyage to Montreal, Quebec; from there by rail to Virden, Manitoba to be reunited with her sister and brother.

She married Walter Dearle at Winnipeg, Manitoba and they settled first at Moosehorn, near Lake Manitoba, relocating later to Foxwarren, MB and Wattsview District between St. Lazare and Birtle, MB. Marion and Walter had two sons.
