Alasdair Iain Thormoid
Alexander (born 1872) was a son of John Macleod and Mary Macleod, 6 Calbost.
At Fraserburgh, in 1908, he married Margaret Morrison, 9b Calbost. Alexander and Margaret were Cottars at 6 Calbost where they had three of their eleven children. The family were forced to move from the croft because the croft was grossly overcrowded with three families. By 1913 the family were settled at 10 Garyvard.
