Dugald (1821-1879) was a son of Donald Kennedy and Margaret Mackenzie, 2 Calbost.
In Lochs, in 1851, he married Annabella Nicolson, 13 Old Gravir. Dugald and Annabella settled at 2 Calbost.
Dugald was widowed in 1853 and in Lochs, in 1856 he married Margaret Nicolson, 5 Kershader. Dugald and Margaret lived at 2 Calbost and they had four children.
Upon the death of his mother in 1866 the croft was split with his brother, Roderick. Dugald obtained 2b and Roderick 2a.
