14149: Alexander Nicholson

Alexander was from 13 Lionel, Ness. He was a noted poet and had spent many years in America but had returned to Lewis and was a General Merchant in Skigersta, Ness. He was killed in a car accident near Galson in 1915. His children were raised by various family members, Mary, Jane Ann and Alex John at 1a Keose by their great aunt Johanna Macdonald.
