Johanna (1865-1939) was a daughter of John Macdonald and Catherine Finlayson of 1 Keose; Johnanna had a twin sister, Donaldina. Johanna did not marry; she had a son, William John Macdonald. Johanna raised two nieces and a nephew after their father had been killed in a car accident in 1915, and their mother emigrated to the United States of America.
