13524: William Watson
William, son of Rev David Watson, minister at Baile na Cille, Uig, was born in Edderton, Ross-shire. He taught in Lochs from 1858-1860 before moving to Cross, Ness as schoolmaster there. He later went to Edinburgh University and was for a time the assistant professor of mathematics.
He was ordained Minister of the Parish of Kiltearn and Lemlair in 1875 where he remained until his death.
