121312: Donald Alasdair Stewart

Donald Alasdair was a son of Donald Stewart and Catherine Bell Macdonald of 29 Coll. He married a woman from mainland Scotland; they settled at 28 Upper Coll and had two sons and a daughter.

Donald Alasdair contributed a history of Upper Coll, entitled A few thoughts about the history of Upper Coll / Beagan smuaintean mu thimchioll eachdraidh Chuil-Uaraich, to Croft history : Isle of Lewis, volume 11.
