119850: Chrissie Ann Macdonald

Chrissie Ann Macdonald (1955-2019) was born 9 August 1955 at 13a Laxay, the daughter of Rev William Macdonald of Scarp and Catherine Maciver of 13a Laxay. She was raised with her family as her father ministered in the Church of Scotland congregations of Applecross, Scarista and Garrabost Lewis. She married in St Columba Old Parish Church Stornoway on 9 August 1978. Chrissie worked for a time in the civil service but diversified to a career in nursing where she spent most of her working life. After her marriage Chrissie moved to Brighton, Sussex  where she raised her own family and where she died on 10 July 2019.
