119564: Donald Angus Mackay
Donald Angus Mackay (1932-2019) was born on 11 August 1932 to Angus Mackay of 12 Keose and Gormelia Morrison of 9 Calbost. He was raised initially at 12a Keose Glebe until the family moved in 1937 to 2 Keose Glebe. He left the island and was working in a sugar factory in Cupar Fife living at 29 Tarvit Terrace Springfield when he married Davina Scott Patersonna also of that address on 20 April 1957 in Gardener Street Church of Scotland Glasgow. They settled in Cupar Fife. Donald spent many years working then in a porage oats factory. He died 9 December 2019.
