Mary Macrae (born 1852) was a daughter of  Donald Macrae  and Ann Mackenzie, 3 Habost.

The family emigrated to Lingwick, Quebec in 1873.

Mary married a Peter Matheson, Quebec, ex Erista. Mary and Peter had at least three children, who are mentioned in a letter her father wrote home.
