Catherine Macrae (born 1849) was a daughter of Donald Macrae and Ann Mackenzie, 3 Habost.
In North Uist, in 1870, she married Allan Maclean, 7 Boreray, North Uist. Catherine and Allan settled at 7 Boreray and they had two children.
In 1873 the family emigrated to Ontario. They settled at Proton, Grey County and they had another six children.
