117229: Angus MacLeod
Angus, born 1774, was the son of Alexander MacLeod. Angus became a tenant in Borve, Berneray. In 1818 he is listed in the rental roll as Angus MacLeod offcr paying £5.10s annual rent. By 1830 he paid £4.17.6 each year. Angus married Mary MacAskill, with whom he had several children.
Note: although the Croft History shows the family living in Borve in both 1818 and 1830, it also states that the family moved to Daliburgh in 1822.
