Angus (1824-1910) was a son of Malcolm Buchanan and Christina Macaulay, 10 Old Brenish. He moved with his family to 6 Brenish when the village was relotted in 1849.
In 1850, Angus married Catherine Mackinnon, 18 Old Brenish and they settled at 26 Brenish.
