Donald Buchanan
Donald (1826-1886) was a son of Murdo Buchanan and Christina Macdonald, 6 Old Carnish. He was married to Ann Maciver, 11 Old Carnish. They had a daughter, Margaret born 1850, before emigrating to the Eastern Townships of Quebec in 1852. They settled in Bury, Quebec.
Donald and Ann's children born after they emigrated: Annabella born 1853; Murdoch born 1858; Angus born 1860 and John born 1864.
