114894: Mary Ann Morrison
Mary Ann (1848-1886) was the daughter of Donald Morrison. At some point Mary Ann lived in Stornoway, but it is not certain she was born there.
Mary Ann became a teacher and worked for the Stornoway School Board; she was headmistress at North Tolsta Junior and Secondary School. She started working there when it opened on the 17th of July 1878. She lived at the Schoolhouse, North Tolsta. Her niece Ann Smith was a monitor there.
