114018: Finlay MacCusbic
Finlay, born 1821, was the son of John MacCusbic and Flora MacCuish of Ruisgarry. The family emigrated to Grand River, Cape Breton about 1828. Finlay, also known as Philip, married Sarah Ferguson, also from Scotland. Together they had seven children: Neil, born 1846, Angus born 1850, Malcolm born 1853, Catherine born 1856, Sarah born 1858, John born about 1860 and Flora born about 1863.
