Finlay MacPhail
Finlay, born 1807, was the son of Donald MacPhail and Mary MacAskill. In 1818 the family was living in Ruisgarry, emigrating to Upper River Denys, Cape Breton during the late 1820s.
Finlay married Kate MacPhail, with whom he had ten children.
