113646: Norman Ferguson

Norman, born 1805, was the son of Roderick Ferguson of Ruisgarry. During the 1820s the family emigrated to Cape Breton. Norman married Catherine Morrison, living at Fergusons’ Lake. Together they were to have eight children: Mary born 1836, Roderick born 1839, Rachel born 1841, Neil born 1845, Donald born 1848, Ann born 1851, Malcolm born 1853 and Sarah born 1854.
