113553: Roderick MacAskill
Roderick, born about 1776, was the son of Finlay MacAskill and Catherine MacCuish of Ruisgarry. He married Mary Ferguson, also of Ruisgarry, with whom he had at least nine children.
Roderick shared a croft with his brother Murdo, paying £13 5s annual rental in 1818, falling to £6 10s by 1830. Roderick and his family left the croft by 1841, moving to Obbe, where Roderick worked as a labourer.
