Angus (born 1816) from 18 Old Mangersta was married to Christina Morrison, 12 Mealista and they lived at 18 Old Mangersta. Angus had been allocated Croft 1b Islivig but did not take up the croft. 

Angus and Christina had nine children:

Catherine born 1833 married Malcolm Macleod ex Timsgarry; Hannah born 1835 married John Macleod ex Brenish; Peter; Marion; Catherine born 1840 married Walter Dakin; Marion born 1842 married Nicol Nicolson ex Carnish; Ann born 1844 married Norman Macdonald  ex Enaclete; John born 1849 married 1. Sarah Gillies, 2. Catherine Macdonald; Donald  born 1854 married Lucy Macritchie.

In 1855, the family emigrated to Weedon Township in the Eastern Townships of Quebec.
