112824: Angus MacAskill
Angus, born 1831, was the son of Angus MacAskill and Effie Munro of Borve. By 1841 the family had moved to Ruisgarry, where Angus had a small farm. In 1845, with the re-organisation of the Ruisgarry crofts, the family was moved to 19 Kyles Scalpay. Angus married Marion Morrison of Deiraclete, where they made their home.
