112786: Margaret MacCusbic

Margaret, born about 1803, was the daughter of John MacCusbic and Flora Morrison of Ruisgarry. Margaret married Kenneth Morrison, with whom she was to have seven children. They were living in Borve in 1830, before moving to Ruisgarry by 1841. However, with the re-organisation of the crofts in Ruisgarry during the 1840s, the family emigrated to Fergusons’ Lake in Cape Breton.
