112368: Donald MacKinnon
Donald MacKinnon, born 1805, was the son of Ewen MacKinnon of Hirta, St Kilda. Donald became a catechist and teacher, and in 1838 married Isabella Nicolson of Obbe, with whom he was to have eight children. By 1841 they were living in Ruisgarry, Berneray, returning to Harris during the 1840s, living at 6 Obbe.
Donald passed away in 1883.
