107010: Ann Macarthur

Ann (1791-1877) was married to Malcolm Macarthur, from Barraglom, Hacklete. In the 1820s, as a widow, Ann is thought to have been among one of the first families to settle in Achmore.  Ann had five children and lived at 4 Old Achmore. In the 1850s settlement Ann’s site became croft 15 Achmore.
