106856: John MacCusbic
John MacCusbic, born about 1850, was the son of tenant farmer Malcolm MacCusbic and Margaret Morrison of old Borve. However, in 1854 the tenants in Borve were cleared from their land in order to make way for Borve Farm. The family emigrated to Mount Gambier, South Australia, leaving Plymouth on the Royal Albert on 15th August 1855.
