106701: Christina MacCusbic
Christina, born about 1805, was the daughter of John MacCusbic and Flora Morrison of old Ruisgarry. Christina married Murdo MacCuish, of old Borve, where they made their home. However, in 1854 the Borve tenants were cleared from their land in order to make way for Borve Farm. Christina and her husband became cottars in a newly built house in Backhill.
