Murdo (born 1867) was a son of Alexander Macdonald and his second wife Marion Mackenzie, 8 Achmore. Murdo's first wife was Margaret Maciver from 15 Ranish. The couple settled in Stornoway. Murdo's second wife was Mary Macaskill from 44 Vatisker. Murdo's third wife was Catherine Macdonald, 2 Caverstay.
