Katie Ann (1919-1980) was the only child of Donald Macleod and Mary Macdonald, 14 Ardroil. She was unmarried, lived in Inverness and worked for the Crofters’ Commission.
She served as an officer in the Women’s Royal Naval Service during the Second World War. A record for her can be found in the Roll of Honour 1939 -1945.
