105345: Farquhar Smith

Farquhar Smith (1804-1880) was the fourth child of Alexander Smith and Sibla Smith, 13 Old Leurbost. He married Kirsty Mackinnon, 24 Old Leurbost, and settled at his wife’s home where he had four children. Following his first wife’s death he married Catherine Montgomery of 17 Old Leurbost, having another four children with her. After the relotting in around 1851, he obtained the croft at 49 Leurbost.
