107563: Stornoway Historical Society

Stornoway Historical Society was formed in 1992 to advance the education of the public about the history, heritage and culture of Stornoway and the Isle of Lewis. The society is very active and offers events, publications, a website and a YouTube channel rich in local information.

The Society collects information relating to Stornoway town and the surrounding district within the area bounded by Arnish, Marybank, Newmarket, Melbost and Branahuie.
