Old Borve, Berneray
The township of Borve lies to the south of the island of Berneray. The current crofts were allocated in 1900, and, for convenience, the term 'old' Borve is used for the location of individuals living there prior to that date. It is usually difficult to ascertain the precise location of each residence.
