Full description:

NB03NE 8 09 36.

A human skull and rib bones were visible in the face of a sand-hill at Kneep, Valtos (NB 09 36) exposed by the action of the wind. ‘The deposit had been disturbed so it was impossible to say whether the grave had been a short or long cist’.
There are kitchen-middens in the area, many of them under cultivation. RCAHMS 1928, visited 1914.
