A township comprising six roofed buildings, one of which is L-shaped and another is T-shaped, one partially roofed building, which is annotated as a ruin, eight unroofed buildings, six of which are annotated as Ruins, and a head-dyke is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Ross-shire, Island of Lewis 1854, sheet 30). One roofed, one partially roofed, three unroofed buildings and a head-dyke are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1974).
