What may be four roofed shieling-huts, one of which is annotated as a ruin, are depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Ross-shire, Island of Lewis 1853, sheet 31). Three unroofed buildings (NB1727 2299, NB1752 2282 & NB1737 2262) are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1973).
