Full description:

"Situated on east facing slopes above the western shore of Loch Mharabhig, the remains of this blackhouse measure 8 x 4 metres and are orientated from north to south. The remains appear to be constructed of turf walls with a stone faced lining on the interior. A single entrance provides access to this building through the centre of the eastern wall. The size and form of this structure suggest that it is a blackhouse relating to the pre-crofting or early crofting phase in the area. Its construction, apparently of turf, is unusual and suggests an earlier date. Several other blackhouses may be seen to the south-west (75.2 and 75.3)." (Burgess 2004, 167)
