The first tenant of this croft was Kenneth Maclean (1796) 6 Old Gravir and originally from Carloway.  15 Gravir was passed to his daughter, Christina's husband, Murdo Matheson (1823) from 31 Gravir. Kenneth's son, Kenneth (1839) was a Cottar on the croft.

Murdo Matheson  passed the croft to his son, Andrew (1857) and he passed it to his son, John (1890).

The croft was taken over by Neil Fraser (1899) of 14 Gravir and subsequently passed on to his son Duncan.
