6770: Knockiandue Schoolhouse, Keose

The school and schoolhouse opened on the 30 October, 1878, with Alexander Crawford, who had been the teacher in the old Parish School, becoming the headmaster of the school.

The schoolhouse ceased to be used by teachers in the early 1970s and was subsequently sold.
