Donald Macritchie (1811-1878) of 21 Old Gravir  was the first tenant of 1 Gravir. There was no one living at 1 Gravir on the 1901 census and  the croft was sold to Hector Morrison, 2 Gravir and was later subsumed into croft 2 Gravir.
