The first tenant of this croft was Donald Macritchie (1781) and was passed to his son, Murdo (1824) and to his son Angus (1854).
Angus's son, Kenneth (1830) and daughter, Sophia (1824) were Cottars at 9 Gravir.
The next tenant was Donald Macaskill (1854) from 26 Gravir and he passed 9 Gravir to his son, Angus Macaskill (1900). After the death of Angus's wife Murdina the croft was passed to John Mackenzie, 4 Gravir and the house was sold to Thomas Grant Shaw.
