Alex Morrison, son of the owner of No 4 Linshader, was allocated this croft. He was unmarried and didn’t build here but lived with his elderly parents on No 4. The tenancy was passed to Finlay Macdonald, 23 Kirkibost who subsequently passed it to his 1st cousin Malcolm Macdonald "Calum ‘an Dhol", Morsgail. The croft remains in this family.
