2 Tolstadh a Chaolais

The first tenant of this croft was Malcolm Morrison (1802-1859), son of John Morrison and Ann Macarthur.  After the death of widow Ann Morrison, the croft was divided between her son Neil (No 2a) and her son-in-law, John Macdonald (No 2b).

The croft passed to Neil’s son Norman and then to his Norman’s brother Rev Duncan Morrison and finally to Duncan Mackenzie, 22 Tolsta Chaolais who passed it on to his nephew.
